Professional Certificate Programs
New Image College of Design and Technology

1. Program Classification and Scope

All programs listed under the Professional Certificate Programs department at New Image College are classified as non-degree, continuing professional education.

These programs:

◍ do not constitute degree-granting academic studies;
◍ do not automatically lead to licensure or certification by any governmental or regulatory body;
◍ are designed to provide applied knowledge, practical skills, and instructional training relevant to professional and creative fields;
◍ may serve as a foundation for further education or professional training at the discretion of students and third-party institutions.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

New Image College makes no guarantee that:

◍ a student will obtain employment upon program completion;
◍ a student will achieve specific financial or business results;
◍ a student will be hired, contracted, or commissioned based on the credential alone;
◍ a student’s own business ventures will be successful.

Individual outcomes are influenced by factors such as:

◍ local labor and business conditions;
◍ prior education and work experience;
◍ portfolio strength and professional networking;
◍ personal initiative and external market forces.

Students are responsible for making their own professional and business decisions after completing any program.

3. Educational Business Guidance Disclaimer

9. Canadian and U.S. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to:

◍ the applicable state laws in the United States, in which the student resides or in which the primary student services are provided.

Any disputes will be resolved within the appropriate jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Professional Certificate Program offered under this department, students acknowledge that they have:

◍ read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
◍ accepted the nature and limitations of the credential;
◍ agreed that no promises of employment, business success, or financial outcomes have been made.
