ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT, TERMS & REFUND POLICY
Programs for Educators
Important Academic & Financial Notice
By enrolling in any Program for Educators offered by New Image College, the student acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Classification & Academic Scope
All Programs for Educators are non-degree, continuing education certificate programs. They are not graduate-level academic programs and do not constitute comprehensive professional training, licensure preparation, or regulated certification.
Certificates issued confirm successful completion of program requirements only and do not represent teaching licenses, government credentials, or professional authorization.
2. Enrollment Agreement & Student Responsibility
By submitting enrollment and payment, the student confirms that they:

Have reviewed the program description, structure, and learning outcomes

Understand the program is practice-oriented and instructional, not licensure-based
-
Acknowledge that completion does not guarantee employment or certification
-
Accept responsibility for meeting attendance, participation, and assignment requirements

Agree to follow institutional policies, academic conduct standards, and ethical guidelines
Enrollment becomes official once payment (full or installment) is received and confirmed.
3. Program Delivery & Participation
Programs may be delivered through:

Instructor-led live sessions (online or in-class)
-
Learning Management System (LMS) access
-
Project-based assignments and portfolio submissions
Students are responsible for:
-
Attending scheduled sessions (if applicable)
-
Completing required coursework and projects
-
Maintaining access to required technology and internet services
Failure to participate or submit required work may result in non-completion of the certificate without eligibility for refund.
4. Tuition, Payments & Installment Plans

Tuition fees are published on the program page or enrollment form

Payment options may include full payment or approved installment plans
-
Installment plans are binding financial commitments once initiated
Failure to complete installment payments may result in:

Suspension of LMS access
-
Withholding of certificate issuance
-
Termination of enrollment without refund
5. Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Before Program Start

Full refund may be issued if written withdrawal is submitted before the official program start date, minus any non-refundable administrative or registration fees (if applicable).
After Program Start

Once the program has started and LMS access or instruction has been provided:
-
No refunds are issued for completed sessions, accessed materials, or partial participation

Withdrawal does not cancel financial obligations under installment plans

Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness) may be reviewed at the institution’s discretion, but approval is not guaranteed.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
6. Program Changes & Scheduling
New Image College reserves the right to:

Adjust schedules, instructors, or delivery format when necessary

Update curriculum content to maintain educational relevance

Cancel or postpone a cohort if minimum enrollment is not met
In such cases, students will be offered:

A transfer to a future cohort, or
-
A refund of unused tuition portions, where applicable
7. Certificate Issuance
A certificate is issued only after:

All required coursework and projects are completed
-
Academic requirements are met
-
Financial obligations are fully satisfied
Certificates confirm program completion only and do not imply professional licensure, certification, or teaching authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
New Image College is not responsible for:

Employment outcomes
-
Credential recognition by third parties
-
Regulatory or licensing decisions made by employers or authorities
Students are responsible for verifying local, provincial, state, or institutional requirements related to teaching or employment.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a Program for Educators, the student confirms that they:

Agree to the Enrollment Agreement and Refund Policy

Accept all academic and financial responsibilities associated with enrollment
