Our students go as far as Germany!

The New Image College’s world class instruction gives the graduates the knowledge and the diploma, which enable them to find jobs in any country.

Vladimir Freund (pictured here) met his future wife (who lives in Germany) over the Internet. Soon after moving to Germany, Vladimir found a job as a Graphic Designer at the Kreoker Druckerei printing company in Bad Segeberg. Despite the high unemployment in Germany, the tough competition for every available job, and his mediocre German, Vladimir’s interview was a success.

Congratulations to Vladimir on his great new job and the birth of his second daughter!

"...Hello Pavel,

I did not have the time to write and tell you about my success. Two months ago, I found a job at the Sunny Signs Corporation as a graphic designer. There is a lot of work and I am working full time. I develop layouts, mainly for full color printing. There are many other projects, such as company IDs etc.

At the interview they asked very few questions. They took a look at the portfolio and asked when I could start. I did not even have the time to finish my web site and update the resume. See, I really do have wonderful news.

"…My studies at the college helped me find work as a designer and provided me with a good background. I love my exciting, creative job, despite the fact that it is difficult and painstaking. I am very thankful to the college and its patient instructors, who developed in me the love for this occupation. (Previously, I studied history and never thought myself capable of this type of work). Svetlana approached a print shop for a volunteer position, which would enable her to gain experience. After looking at her New Image College portfolio, the print shop owner offered her a paid job as a production manager, with an excellent salary, as a tryout. During the last year, Svetlana became a permanent employee and gained faith in her abilities. She has won the respect of the staff and the trust of her employer, who has since raised her salary. Currently, she is planning to study Management at college.

Job-hunting took me less than a week. The Department Head, who needed a designer, was so impressed with my web site portfolio www.aei.ca/~snezhana, which I completed as a final project at the college, that although they had invited me only for an introductory meeting, they on the spot asked when I could start working. They told me that themselves at the end of the interview. My salary has more than doubled. I am happy that I entrusted my fate to the professional and conscientious experts of the New Image College.

After graduating from the New Image College, Irina took an additional course and found work as a graphic designer at the Ust-Kamenogorsk State University Publishing House. She has an exciting and creative job, designing and preparing for print books published by this company.
