FAQ

   How are the students tested?

Each study course covers a computer program and lasts from 20 to 40 hours. The last course assignment is a test.

Which study materials does the college provide?

After paying for the course, each student receives a textbook and a CD with a selection of images and clip art, necessary for the study. Students regularly receive such image sets for each topic covered.

Which computer programs does the college provide to its students?

The students are responsible for purchasing the necessary software. The college advises how to purchase inexpensive software over the Internet. Below is a selection of links:

   Who are the instructors?

All our instructors are trained, expert designers and artists, with work experience in Canadian companies.

What is the stop-out policy and what do I have to do?

Students may stop-out for any period of time, after notifying the college in writing. No payments are made for this period.

May an American-based relative or a company pay the tuition?

When payment is made by a person other than the student, the contract is signed with the payer, who is considered to be the Client, while the person, whose training is financed, is considered to be the Student. In such a case, the Customer is responsible for all future payments. In cases of company sponsored training, we sign the contract with the company and issue receipts.

Feel free to ask. We will answer all questions.
